Casa Lucerito Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Las Cruces, New Mexico, is dedicated to creating meaningful pathways for women seeking growth, stability, and renewed direction. Through initiatives like the Open Wings Program, Cafe Con Chisme, Casa Lucerito Housing and Style for Success we offer a supportive, community-centered environment where women navigating major life transitions can reconnect with themselves and build a strong foundation for what comes next.

Our work focuses on more than immediate support. We provide access to mentorship, job readiness training, creative and educational workshops, and hands-on skill-building opportunities that foster both personal healing and long-term independence. Within this space, women are encouraged to explore their potential, strengthen their voice, and move forward with confidence and purpose.
